How to Wake up at 5am Everyday

In this
article I wanted to walk you through the two steps that I took to start waking
up at 5:00 a.m. every morning that you too can take to start waking up at 5:00
a.m. every morning.
So I started
waking up early in the morning roughly like a year ago before that I tried and failed
and failed again I've read a lot of articles I probably got out a book or two
so I want to share these two things that actually got me over the edge and got
me waking up early in the morning and I'm hoping that you guys will really take
these and implement them in your life if waking up early is something that you
really want to do.
I am going
to start with the first most basic actionable tip, have a why literally why are
you waking up at five in the morning, though it's actually a question that I
get all the time if you start waking up early that's the kind of question that
you're gonna get all the time too and you should have an answer maybe you want
to clean your room, maybe you want to wash your clothes, write down whatever it
is that you want to do, what your purpose is and then wake up early and do it.
Number two is
going to sleep at the same and waking up at the same time. For example, you sleep
at 10 pm and you wake up by 5am, especially when you are first starting to wake
up earlier, this is so important. when you're like well into the game you're
very used to waking up early it's like it naturally ingrained in you I think
it's okay to have exceptions on days that you've to stay up late.
Those are
the two steps that I took to start waking up earlier in the morning but if you
fail at waking up early in the morning a few times don't beat yourself up out
of it, there is nothing productive about that just be chill with yourself because
you just couldn't do it for one night, don't think of that as okay well now I
failed I can't wake up early in the morning, just get back to it the next
morning.
